Why Vaccinate Against the Flu?

The influenza vaccination is your best defence against catching the flu. Your immunity develops when you are exposed to a similar strain of virus through vaccination (just like how a tetanus booster works). The flu vaccination prepares and boosts your immune system to help fight live flu virus that you may be exposed to.

IMPORTANT: the vaccine does not contain live virus, so you can't catch the flu from the vaccine.

The flu is a very contagious and serious illness with average symptoms lasting up to 10 days.

The cost of not vaccinating your staff must not be underestimated:
